Winter Harvest for the Homeless!

Start 2012 off right, with the biggest party of the new year. Join us at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn on Saturday January 28th at 6:00pm for the Winter Harvest for the Homeless. There will be dinner, dancing, silent auction and raffles, and the annual Stars Dance for PADS of Elgin dance contest! This year's dancing teams are:

Team 3: Teresa Britton & Gregorio Posada

Team 4: Amy Edwards & Daniel Moreira

Team 5: John & Peggy Fahy

Team 6: The Spartan Five (from ECC)

Don't miss out as these couples dance for fun and compete for your votes, which support the shetler. If you would like to attend the event you may contact the PADS office to reserve your tickets. If you are unable to attend but would still like to support your favoirte dance team, you may do so online at www.events.org/pads2012.

Volunteer Training Schedule

PADS volunteer training session will be held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 8:00pm at the PADS shelter.  In order to volunteer in the shelter everyone must fill out a volunteer application, and attend one Training in the shelter.  To schedule to attend a training please contact Kathy Oswalt at koswalt@padsofelgin.org or in the PADS office at 847-608-9744
